1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your BidsAI subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know:
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@bidsai.in.
- Effective Date: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- Auto-renewal: Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation. You will be downgraded to the FREE plan at the end of your billing period.
- Data Retention: Your uploaded documents and data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which they may be deleted.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- 7-Day Window: Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Service Issues: If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of BidsAI.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day window from the purchase date
- Partial billing periods (no pro-rata refunds)
- If you have significantly used the service during the billing period
- Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated analysis results (as AI outputs may vary)
- Changes in your business requirements or circumstances
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Email us at support@bidsai.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Email]".
- Include Details: Provide your registered email address, transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Review Period: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- Decision: You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable but you have experienced service issues, we may offer service credits at our discretion:
- Service credits can be applied to future billing periods
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded
- Credits expire if not used within 12 months
- Credits are non-transferable
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment transaction fails but money is debited from your account:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days
- Razorpay (our payment gateway) handles the automatic reversal
- If you don't receive the refund within 7 business days, please contact us with your transaction details
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
